Filobio S.R.L. works with couriers to deliver orders to customers’ homes or other addresses. From its online shop, Filobio S.R.L. delivers to Italy and throughout Europe, using specialized couriers. For other destinations, please contact us by e-mail to receive an individualized shipping cost quote.
Purchased items will be delivered directly to the addresses indicated during the ordering process. Each shipment contains the ordered goods and their accompanying documentation.
Delivery times vary depending upon product availability and the shipping destination.
The shipping fee contributes to cover delivery costs. Within Italy the fee is 7.90€ (inclusive of taxes), and is waived for orders totalling over 80€. For other European destinations the amount will change in reference Country destination.
Upon delivery the client should verify that the package is not damaged or wet before accepting delivery, and should refuse delivery if the package is not whole and in good conditions.
If the goods are delivered damaged or broken, Filobio SRL is committed to replacing the product at their own cost, if and only if the recipient either declares the damage in the presence of the carrier which made the delivery, or indicates on the receipt document “GOODS RECEIVED UNCHECKED”.
Notwithstanding any actions to be taken with the carrier, Filobio S.R.L. should be notified of any disputes over variance between the object delivered and the object ordered, or noted on the delivery document, within 48 hours of delivery by calling +39 0173 231825 or by e-mailing customer service at ordini@filobio.it.
The order summary will indicate the amount of the shipping fee.
Payment methos
For your online purchases in our e-store, the following means of payment are available:
Wire transfer
In case of prepaid wire transfer, the order will be handled only after receiving credit confirmation from the bank.
Payment must be made within 7 days of the order date. After 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. The wire transfer details must specify the order number, order date and the client’s first and last name. Product availability will be checked only upon credit receipt.

Credit card
Purchasing with a credit card involves typing the credit card’s data.
Information collection relating to the credit card is made using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the most widespread security protocol, which ensures the confidentiality and reliability of communication between the purchaser’s computer and the bank’s server through data encryption.
Using this system, the user transmits his or her own credit card data only to the secure server of the bank managing the transaction.
Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
If paying Cash on Delivery, there are no extra charges!
Order payment is made in cash. We recommend that you prepare the exact amount: couriers do not normally carry change. Should you require a refund, you must have a bank or postal bank account.
